Hobbs' Properties owns and manages several rental properties in Faulkner County. After 7 years of property management, we have put in place an application process that includes an application fee, credit report, tenant background check and a criminal background check on each individual planning to lease the property.

We have 2, 3, and 4 bedroom units of which all have a refrigerator and a range. However, some units also have a dishwasher, micro-hood and/or washer and dryer.

Our rents range from $300.00-$1,000.00 a month.
